Mr. Bidyut Baran Bisawas ..for the petitioner It is submitted by Mr. Bidyut Baran Biswas, learned advocate for the petitioner that for construction of a road under Gramin Sarak Jojona the petitioner apprehended that his plot will be acquired. However, the plot has not been acquired and the road has already been constructed.

Therefore, it is submitted by Mr. Biswas that the instant writ petition becomes infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of being infructuous.
