The nature of the dispute which has been complained of by way of a communication, reflects that the police authorities have already taken steps as a GDE entry has been recorded.

I also find that in respect of the issue relating to repairing of kitchens and others, a dispute arose and Kashipur P.S.

Case No. 541 of 2015 was registered for investigation.

The said case is still pending.

Having considered that the subjectmatter of the case has its genesis in the civil court, the police authorities would only ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility taking place as also no untoward incident resulting from the strained relationship existing amongst the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8662 of 2025 is disposed of.
