1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample evidence implicating the petitioner in the offence of dacoity. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

5. Trial court is requested to consider the issue of framing of charge at the earliest.
