The present revision is of the year 2019 for quashing of the impugned order dated 31.01.2019 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah in G.R case No.5181 of 2018 arising out Jagatballavpur P.S Case No.288 of 2018 dated 17.09.2018 under Sections 498A/406/506/34 of the IPC.

Mr. Binay Panda and Ms. Puspita Saha, learned counsel for the State present in court be appointed to represent the State in this case. Let their appointment be regularised.

As none appears for the the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
