The grievance of the petitioner is directed against an order of February 27, 2015 passed by the Chairman of the District Level Selection Committee.

The State is represented and submits that the matter has been referred to the respondent No.2 and a final decision is still pending.

In view of the representation pending with the respondent No.2, no purpose would be served in keeping this petition alive.

WPA 7157 of 2015 is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to take a final decision pertaining to the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from date.

It is made clear that nothing in this order will influence the respondent No.2 on the merits of the case and the said respondent is directed to take action in accordance with law.
