There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The present criminal revision of the year 2023 has been preferred praying for quashing of the entire proceedings in connection with the Miscellaneous Execution Case No.329 of 2019, presently pending before the learned 1st Class Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Paschim Bardhaman at Asansol under Section 128 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, and all subsequent orders passed therein.

Considering the conduct of the petitioner, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issues in the present revision before the appropriate forum.

Revisional application being CRR 1306 of 2023 stands disposed of.

Pending applications stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
