The revisional application was preferred in connection with M.P.case no.1023 of 2012 under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In view of the time limit, as involved for invoking such provisions and the urgency involved, I am of the view that with the passage of time such urgency has diluted and the proceedings before the court below has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR NO.1372 of 2012 is dismissed along with all pending application.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
