The present revision is of the year 2019 for quashing of the proceeding under Section 498A/323/506 of the Indian Penal Code vide complaint case No.70 of 2018 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 5th Court, Barrackpore. As none appears for the the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
