It is found that the victim and the petitioner are already married and the victim is residing in her matrimonial home. Learned advocate for the petitioner seeks for confirmation of the bail.

In view of the above, the interim bail granted on 8th May, 2025 is confirmed.

The application for bail being CRM (M) 172 of 2025 is disposed of.
