The Officer-in-Charge, Khanakul Police Station has submitted a report dated 4th January, 2023 and the same is taken on record.

It appears from the report that the petitioner and the private respondent are related. The son of the private respondent, who was employed under the son of the petitioner at Hyderabad, had committed suicide. The private respondent had complained to the Khanakul Police Station against the petitioner's son. The private respondent expected to receive some compensation. Enquiries were made in connection with the said GD No.1129 dated 19th February, 2022. The petitioner was interacted with anticipating breach of peace between the petitioner and the private respondent. The Khanakul Police has not found any cognizable offence made out. Khanakul Police has drawn up proceedings under Sections 107 and 116 of the CrPC.

In that view of the matter, this Court sees no inaction on the part of the Khanakul P.S.

The Khanakul Police shall however ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
