In view of the arrest of the petitioner nos. 2 and 3, C.R.M.(A) 1322 of 2024 is dismissed as infructuous so far as they are concerned.

So far as the rest of the petitioners are concerned, requirement of custodial interrogation of such petitioners stands made out as it appears that the petitioners purported to pay money for promising non-compoundable offences. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected so far as the petitioner nos. 1, 4 and 5 are concerned.
