The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has not received her authenticated documents and service book from the school wherefrom she was transferred to another school.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that after filing of this writ application, Nalhati High School for Girls, Birbhum intimated the petitioner that all the documents and the service book have been sent to the District Inspector of Schools. He submits that on the basis of such intimation the petitioner went to meet the

concerned District Inspector of Schools thrice (dates not specified) but she failed to meet the said D.I. In this regard, he prays a direction upon the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Birbhum, being the respondent no.4, to look into the matter of service book as well as other authenticated documents of the petitioner as she has not received the same from Nalhati High School for Girls, Birbhum after being transferred. I direct the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Birbhum, being the respondent no.4, to look into the matter so that the documents and the service book of the petitioner can be handed over to the petitioner upon appropriate receipt. The District Inspector of Schools shall have the liberty also to send all such documents and service book to the concerned school. The entire exercise is to be completed within a period of three months from date.

With this direction, this writ application is disposed of.
