It appears from the documents annexed to the present application that the petitioner / applicant has complied with the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 4th June, 2021 in CRM 3390 of 2021. Upon completion of investigation charge sheet has already been submitted and trial is in progress. In view thereof, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 4th June, 2021 to the effect that 'the petitioner shall meet with the investigating officer of the case once a week on and from June 8, 2021 until further orders', is waived.

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
