We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in August, 2022. Co-accused are absconding and steps are afoot to apprehend them. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
