It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in view of the direction dated 22nd May, 2026, the grievance of WBSEDCL has been resolved and an amount of Rs.14,740/- has been paid on account of outstanding electricity changes. The fresh grievance of the petitioner pertains to third party resistance in respect of which there are no pleadings in this writ petition.

In view of the subsequent events which have transpired after filing of the writ petition, WPA 9047 of 2026 stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, if so advised in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
