This is an application for extension of time to pay the costs to the writ petitioner/respondent in terms of our order dated December 16, 2019 while allowing the application for condonation of delay. The present application has been filed on January 28, 2020 to comply with our order dated December 16, 2019. We extend the time. The costs of Rs. 4,000/-, as directed, are to be paid within two weeks from date peremptorily. The application for extension of time is, thus, allowed without, however, any order as to costs.
