Learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners seeks further accommodation to use exception to the affidavit of compliance.

In view of the fact that such exception has not been filed by the applicants/petitioners despite several opportunities granted to them, the prayer is rejected. It appears from the affidavit of compliance that the order under contempt has been complied with.

In view of the above, the contempt application, being CPAN 497 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
