Out of the fifteen petitioners ten have already been paid and five individuals have not been paid.

Mr. Prasad submits that there are valid and lawful reasons why the amount towards the principle provident fund dues should not be paid. Copies of some relevant documents has been made over today in Court to the learned advocate

on record for the petitioner they shall consider the same. The alleged contemnor no. 2 shall file affidavit-in-opposition disclosing its stand with all supportive materials on or before May 15, 2026. The respondents shall file its reply on or before June 10, 2026.

The matter shall appear under the heading hearing 'Contempt (Hearing)' on June 26, 2026. (Aniruddha Roy, J.)
