Petitioners pray for bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for 193 days. The police submitted charge sheet and, therefore, further detention of the petitioners is not required. Five other co-accuseds were granted bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of an eye-witness recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The statement of such eye-witness squarely implicates all the three petitioners and ascribes specific role in the incident of murder. Consequently, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 1248 of 2022 is dismissed.
