Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits he is in custody for over 600 days. Electronic evidence with regard to the incident is missing.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits petitioner and co-accused had abducted a police personnel. He has been identified in the T. I. Parade. Bail prayer of the co-accused was turned down in January, 2023. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was identified in T. I. Parade. Bail prayer of co-accused was turned down in January, 2023.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
