Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner's husband is being falsely implicated in existing criminal cases because he had fallen out with a leader of the present political dispensation. She prayed for providing a list of cases where her husband may be named or wanted as an accused. A list has been handed over on 16.04.2024.

As the main prayer in this writ petition that a list of existing cases be handed over to the petitioner has already been granted, no further order need be passed in this regard. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
