At the time of call Mr. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner and submits that matter relates to release of family pension in favour of the petitioner and pursuant to the order passed by a co-ordinate Bench on 10th April, 2017 petitioner has received family pension and other terminal benefits due to death of her husband in harness.

In view of such submission being made nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and the same stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
