The petitioner alleges non-compliance of the order of the National Green Tribunal by the Pollution Control Board.

Learned advocate for the Pollution Control Board submits that the respondent no. 4has the consent to operate, which was obtained on February 27, 2024. The Pollution Control Board further submits that an inspection was held on an earlier occasion and fine was imposed.

The other prayers of the petitioner cannot be entertained in this writ petition. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate authority with the allegation of unauthorized construction.

The Pollution Control Board is directed to maintain a vigil and hold periodical inspections to ensure that the respondent no. 4 operates in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
