Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties and considering the nature of relief asked for and the person against whom relief has been asked for, I am of the view that the writ court is not the appropriate forum for redressal of grievance of the petitioner and accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 8720 of 2023 is dismissed. However, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar on the part of the petitioner to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
