It appears that the victim, after being produced before a learned Judicial Magistrate, has given a statement under Section 164 of the Code that she had voluntarily eloped with one Dudh Kumar Majhi and married him. There was no force applied on her.

In view of the above statement, no further order need be passed in this regard.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs.
