Smt Rinku Roy and another The revisional application was called on 05.12.2023 when none represented for the petitioner. Today, when the revisional application was called on, none represented for the petitioner.

The revisional application has been preferred challenging the judgment and order dated 27.02.2023 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Durgapur in Criminal Appeal No.02 of 2022. The said appeal is under Section 29 of the PWDV Act in respect of an order dated 04.12.2019 passed by the learned ACJM, Durgapur in Misc. Case No.66 of 2019. Having considered the reasons so assigned by the learned appellate court and issue of fact being considered by both the learned trial court and the learned appellate court so far as the quantum of interim monetary relief as well as other interim reliefs including the arrears of amount are concerned, I am of the view that at this belated stage, no interference is called for. Accordingly, CRR 1308 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
