Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the Union of India. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application has been filed seeking a direction upon the Central Administrative Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as 'the C.A.T.') to expedite the pending O.A. No. 1647 of 2022.

Upon going through the records and after hearing the submissions, we find that the claim pending before the C.A.T. is regarding some promotional benefits for which a representation was made by the petitioner. The petitioner before the C.A.T. was seeking disposal of the representation. The copy of the order/s passed in the proceedings have been enclosed.

We do not find any unnecessary adjournments having been granted. The nature of relief is also not such that it cannot wait for the C.A.T. to take up the matter. Keeping in view the volume of cases being taken up by the C.A.T., it is for the C.A.T. to consider the matter as per the daily list. 6.

We find that the next date has been fixed just on 20th May, 2025. Therefore, no orders are required to be passed.

The Writ Petition CO.CT No. 1 of 2025 is dismissed.
