The District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Uttar Dinajpur has forwarded the petitioner's application for transfer to the School Service Commission.

The Chairman of the School Service Commission shall sit with the petitioner on Tuesday (19.12.2023) at 2.00 p.m. and an appropriate school may be identified to accommodate the petitioner. All applicable rules shall be followed by the Chairman of the School Service Commission.

If an order of transfer is issued to an identifiable school acceptable to the petitioner, the Commission shall recommend the same to the Board, as

expeditiously as possible and the Commissioner of the School Education shall thereafter take appropriate steps to issue orders. The entire process as indicated hereinabove, shall be carried out offline.

A communication dated December 7, 2023 issued by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Uttar Dinajpur, is kept with the record.

In view of the above, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

6.

The personal presence of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

The papers submitted by the D.I. is kept with the record.

9.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
