Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been implicated on basis of the alleged recovery of 52 bottles of phensedyl and are in custody for 84 days. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that 119 bottles of phensedyl were recovered. The investigation of the case is still in progress. As such, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 725 of 2026 is dismissed.
