The present writ petition of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent authorities as to why the impugned decision dated 5.12.2018 passed by the Midnapore Municipality and the sanctioned building plan being P.W. No. 159 dated 30.6.2018 shall not be set aside. Learned Counsel for the Municipality and State are present but there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner in spite of repeated calls. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for default.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
