1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the instant revisional application has become infructuous which assailed the order dated 20.03.2024 whereby the learned additional Sessions Judge, Paschim Medinipur allowed the prayer of the application filed on behalf of the prosecution for recording evidence through video conference.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/accused that on 09.04.2024 evidence of PW-45 was already recorded through video conference.

3. Given facts and circumstances, the revisional application stands dismissed being infructuous.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
