1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioners is taken on record.

2. The claim of the petitioners in the present writ application that the petitioners have made representation to the competent authority, i.e., respondent No.2 with the request to direct the private respondents who are the owners of the respective flat are not paying the dues to the petitioners' association.

3. This Court finds that on 8th February, 2025 and 8th March, 2025 the petitioners have made representation along with list of dues of the private respondents but the respondent No.2 has not considered the said representation of the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this Court finds that no purpose will be served by keeping the writ petition pending.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 8th February, 2025 and 8th March, 2025 after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties including the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and shall pass a reasoned and speaking order and to communicate the same within a week thereafter.

5. WPA 8645 of 2025 is disposed of.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
