Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner complains that there was a hot altercation between the petitioner and the private respondent.

To that effect, information was furnished to the police authorities, but no steps have been taken.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Taherpur PS Non-FIR PR No. 313 dated 20.03.2025 has been registered under Sections 115(2)/351(2) of BNS against the respondent no.4. Having considered that the police authorities have already taken steps, I direct that the police authorities to take leave under Section 174 of BNSS from the jurisdictional Magistrate and thereafter register a case in a non-cognizable offence and investigate the allegations for which the case has been registered.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 8711 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
