The first petitioner claims to be the owner of certain plots of land and he intends to transfer the same in favour of the second, third and fourth petitioners. Allegation is that the Additional District Sub Registrar is not registering the subject land with the classification 'Sali'.

Learned counsel for the State has obtained instruction from the ADSR, Matla. The authority has specifically denied that any document for transfer was presented in the office for registration.

As the fact of denial of registration is not appearing from the documents annexed to the writ petition, accordingly, the Court is not in a position to grant relief to the petitioners.

It will be open for the petitioners to approach the concerned authority for registration of the land in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Affidavit of service filed by the petitioners and

instructions filed by the State be taken on record. 7.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
