In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/applicant submits that while bail was granted on 15.05.2025 there was condition to meet with the Officer-in-Charge of Chatterjeehat Police Station once in a week and the petitioner has been complying with the same.

In view of the period of time which has lapsed since the petitioner was granted bail, I direct that the petitioner instead of once in a week would meet with the Officer-in-Charge of Chatterjeehat Police Station once in a month till further orders of this Court. So far as the other condition is concerned, the same would remain unaltered.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
