Learned advocate for the State submits that Final Report Mistake of Fact (FRMF) has been submitted by I.O. in FIR no. 25/2018 dated 16th March, 2018 arising out of Kotulpur PS case no. 25 of 2018 dated 16.03.2018 under section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and section 4D West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 and under Sections 379/411 of the IPC which are the subject matter of this revisional application. After its filing, the revisional application has become infructuous. 3.

The petitioner sought quashing of the proceedings initiated on Kotulpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018 dated 16.03.2018.

After filing of the FRMF, the subject matter of this revisional applicartion has gone, so it became infructuous.

The instant revisional application deserved to be dismissed as infructuous.

Accordingly, CRR 1273 of 2018 along with CRAN 2/2018 (Old CRAN 3294/2018) are disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

8.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
