Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that in view of the same, a direction may be passed to expedite the proceeding.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the accused opposite parties submits that they do not have any objection, if the proceeding is expedited.

In view of the same, the trial Court is requested to conclude the proceeding in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, keeping in mind the direction for expeditious of the trial as given in the above referred order dated 16.07.2025.
