Petitioner nos. 2 and 3 stand implicated on the statement of a neighbour, who claims that he saw such petitioners assaulting the de-facto complainant.

Petitioner no. 1 is the husband. There are allegations of torture upon the de-facto complainant on demand of dowry. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1553 of 2023 is dismissed.
