The petitioner complains of police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner complained to the police by a writing dated March 23, 2021, which discloses commission of a cognizable offence. Police are inactive thereon. Learned advocate for the State submits that, the complaint dated March 23, 2021 was registered as a First Information Report and that the investigation with regard thereto are in progress.

In such circumstances, the police taken steps as noted above, no further interference is called for.

WPA 9823 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
