1. Heard Learned Lawyer for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the witnesses show petitioner had assaulted his wife. As a result, she committed suicide.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5. C.R.M. (A) No. 1202 of 2024 is dismissed.
