1. The instant writ petition was filed, inter alia, praying for a direction upon the municipality to disburse the updated pension of the pensioners.

2. The learned advocate for the petitioners would submit that the members of petitioner are being paid pension after the writ petition has been filed.

3. Accordingly, in my view, nothing survives in the writ petition for being decided.

4. The same is accordingly disposed of without any order.
