The revisional application was preferred challenging the Case No.2047 - C of 2017 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Uluberia, Howrah under Sections 420/ 406/ 379/ 323/ 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The records of the revisional application reflect that the revisional application is yet to be admitted. This Court has not been appraised regarding stage of the proceedings which commenced in the year 2017. Having considered the points which have been canvassed in the present revisional application, I grant liberty to the petitioners to take up the issues at the stage of consideration of charges before the learned Trial Court.

With this aforesaid observation, C.R.R. 1171 of 2021 is disposed of.
