Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon the learned advocate appearing for the complainant/opposite party no.2 in course of the day. It has been informed to this Court that the next date is fixed on 16th April, 2024.

There was a direction on 20th October, 2022 upon the petitioners in terms of Section 143A of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Petitioners by way of three installments would pay a sum of Rs.2,30,371/- on or before 16th April, to the complainant/opposite party no.2. The trial of the case would thereafter proceed in accordance with law by appropriate dates being fixed so that the same can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time as the case was initiated in the

year 2020.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1312 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
