Mr. Bhattacherjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has received the copies relating to the supplementary charge-sheet and the documents on the foundation of which the supplementary charge-sheet has been submitted. Learned advocate for the petitioner does not intend to proceed with the revisional application, but, however, seeks liberty of the Court in the changed circumstances to agitate the points canvassed in the revisional application at the stage of Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly, I direct that at the time of the consideration of charge, the petitioner's application under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure would be considered in accordance with law which will include the points already canvassed in the revisional application.

The petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court at a subsequent stage as prayed for by Mr. Bhattacherjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

The learned court in seisin of the present case is directed to expedite the process so that the proceedings can commence within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1114 of 2020 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
