Mr. Arijit Sarkar, Ms. Prajaaini Das .....for the petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the present revisional application has been preferred before this Court, although an appeal lies against the impugned order before the learned Sessions Court.

In view of the above, the petitioner would not like to press the application.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not come in the way of the petitioner seeking appropriate relief before the learned Sessions Court.

On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Section is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order annexed with the revision petition to the learned advocate on record of the petitioner upon usual undertakings and on filing photostat copy of the same for the record.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
