Imrohi ... for the private respondent(s) The petitioners are aggrieved by the series of incidents after the order dated 10.03.2025 was passed by this Court, when the accused persons became adamant and attacked the petitioner's father and inflicted grievous injuries.

Records of the case reflect that police authorities have registered Sagarpara P.S. Case No. 281 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025 under Sections 109/115(2)/117(2)/118(2)/126(2)/3(5)/351(2) of the BNS, 2023.

The petitioners are also aggrieved

by the mode and manner of the investigation and further complained that the local police station have been diluting the case as also not substantiating the materials before the jurisdictional court resulting certain relief(s) being granted to the accused persons.

State has submitted a report which reflects that steps have been taken.

The further grievance of the petitioners is that in the jurisdictional court proper materials are not being placed. The petitioners apprehend that the medical documents which have been collected have not been placed before the learned jurisdictional court and, on occasions, Case Diary has also not been produced.

Learned advocate for the private respondent(s) submits that earlier a case was registered wherein FIR reflects a long standing land dispute existing between the petitioners and the private respondent(s).

Be that as it may, since the petitioners agony is regarding the present criminal case referred to above, the investigating agency is directed to ensure that all the documents including the medical documents are placed before the learned court and the Case diary is produced before the court at the time when the bail application of the accused persons is being considered.

To that effect, I further direct that a superior officer of police in the rank of DSP and/or SDPO and/or ASP will monitor the investigation of the present case and no stone be left unturned by the investigating officer in the process of investigation to arrive at its conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8708 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
