Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Body of the deceased was recovered from the residence of the petitioner and co-accused. Female accused has been enlarged on bail on the ground of gender. Petitioner is not entitled to same privilege on parity. Trial is in progress.

Keeping in mind the incriminating materials on record and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
