Mr. Biswajit Hazra, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the Misc. Execution Case No. 73 of 2014 in respect of which the stay of warrant of arrest was sought for has already been disposed of.

In such backdrop, the present revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed. All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
