The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that terms of settlement shall be filed before the Trial Court. In view of the aforesaid submission, the second appeal being SAT 207 of 2018 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. This order shall not prevent the parties to file the terms of settlement before the Trial Court.
