Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 105 days. The petitioner is being proceeded against on the basis of the circumstantial evidence.
Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that murder weapon was recovered on the leading statement made by the petitioner and another co-accused.
Considering the postmortem report of the victim and considering the seizure made on the leading statement made by the petitioner, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. CRM (DB) 1252 of 2022 is rejected.
